Upon receipt of all of your content, we begin your designs

Review
Your designs are sent to you by email for review. You can provide updates/revisions until you are happy with the final product.

Approval
You approve the designs, after which no more changes can be made.

Printing
Your items are printed and packaged ready to be sent.

Postage
We ship every Tuesday and Thursday
Allow extra time if you have a specific deadline in mind.
We cannot be held responsible for any postage issues outside of our control.

If you ordered a website, we allow for changes to the content up until your wedding date — so if you have any updates, we are here to help!
Our timings for deliveries are estimated to the best of our ability, however, Sixfold Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays caused in transit by postal services or held accountable for any import tax or custom fees the client faces during shipping.
Sixfold Studio does not accept returns for any products, so please check carefully during the approval process that all information is correct.
No designs may be reproduced or replicated in printed or digital formats. All designs are the intellectual property of Sixfold Studio.
