Below, you will find detailed information about the process from design through to receiving your items. 

Process

These timelines are an estimation of the lead times for both pre-wedding and day-of elements. Please note that some items such as bespoke designs and luxe printing may require some extra time. If you choose to place an order with us, you will receive a personalised timeline based on your wedding date. 

Digital Collection Orders

Allow 2 weeks for digital from
when we receive your content.

 

Step 1 – Contact

Please contact us via our form, this will allow us to book you into our calendar and allocate enough time for your order.

Step 2 – Place order

Place your digital collection order for your item(s) in your chosen design through our website. 

Step 3 – Content 

We will send you a link to a personal shared folder where you can upload all your content. This is where you can check your personalised timeline based on the items you have ordered and your wedding date. 

Once we have received your content, the design process will begin. Allow 5 working day (1 week) for the initial draft. 

Step 4 – Designs sent to you for review

We will send you a digital file of your elements or your website for you to read over and provide any updates/revisions. This process will repeat until approval from you. This can take about 5 working days (~1 week). 

Step 5 – Approval 

You approve the designs and we prepare the final files which will be sent to you within 2 working days. For our websites, we allow changes up until your wedding date – so if you have any changes of information or updates to be updated, we are here to help!

Rush fee

If for any reason you require your digital elements or website to be expedited through the design process, we offer a rush fee of €90, which cuts the timeline from receiving your content and delivering the digital designs to you to 2 working days.

Printed Collection Orders

Allow 4–6 weeks for print from when we receive your content to the elements being posted.

 

Step 1 – Contact & Samples

Please contact us via our form, this will allow us to book you into our calendar and allocate enough time for your order. Place a sample pack order if you would like to have a feel for the papers we offer. 

Step 2 – Place order

Place your printed collection order for your item(s) in your chosen design through our website. 

Step 3 – Content 

We will send you a link to a personal shared folder where you can upload all your content. This is where you can check your personalised timeline based on the items you have ordered and your wedding date. 

Once we have received your content, the design process will begin. Allow 5 working day (1 week) for the initial draft. 

Step 4 – Designs sent to you for review

We will send you a digital file of your elements for you to read over and provide any updates/revisions. This process will repeat until approval from you. This can take about 10 working days (~2 weeks). 

Step 5 – Approval 

You approve the designs and we prepare your items in our studio. Allow 8–10 working days for printing, packaging and posting. 

Step 6 – Elements Posted to you 

If you have ordered printed items, these will be posted to you and should arrive within 5 working days or on a selected delivery date. Please consider that we cannot predict issues with postage and therefore, we highly recommend having items posted to you well within your personal event deadlines. Additionally, these timelines are for European deliveries, please allow more time for international orders outside of Europe. 

Rush fee

If for any reason you do require printed items to be expedited through the design and postage processes, we offer a rush fee of €120, which cuts the timeline from receiving your content to postage from 6 weeks down to 3 weeks. 

Bespoke Orders Process

Allow 8 weeks for print from when we receive your content to the elements being posted.

Allow 4 weeks for digital from when we receive your content. 

 

Step 1 – Contact & Samples

Please contact us via our form, this will allow us to book you into our calendar and allocate enough time for your order. Place a sample pack order if you would like to have a feel for the papers we offer. 

Step 2 – Design meeting & place order 

We will set up a call with you to discuss your ideas/inspiration so that we can begin preparing your designs based on your vision.

Once we have had our initial meeting, we will send you a personalised payment link for 50% of the final fee to secure the order. 

Step 3 – Content Received

We will send you a link to a personal shared folder where you can upload all your content. This is where you can check your personalised timeline based on the items you have ordered and your wedding date. 

Once we have received your content, the design process will begin. Allow 3 weeks for the initial draft. 

Step 4 – Design sent to you

If requested, we will send you samples to help choose your papers if you are opting for printed elements. We will send you a digital presentation with 2/3 design options to chose from, and for you to provide any updates or revisions. We allow 2 rounds of design revisions, and unlimited rounds for content changes. This process will repeat until approval from you. This can take about 10 working days (~2 weeks). 

At this stage, you will also be sent a payment link for the remaining 50% of the bespoke fee. 

Step 5 – Approval Date

You approve the designs and we prepare your items depending on digital or print according to the following timelines: 

— Artwork file for digital items will be sent to you within 2 working days 

— 10 working days for printing, packaging and posting. 

Step 6 – Elements Posted

If you have ordered printed items, these will be posted to you and should arrive within 5 working days or on a selected delivery date. Please consider that we cannot predict issues with postage and therefore, we highly recommend having items posted to you well within your personal event deadlines.
